Bryan Francis



Bryan Francis, owner and coach, has been training for nearly 20 years in California and South Florida. He graduated with honors from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelors of Science degree in exercise physiology. While attending CSUS, Bryan worked under Al Biancani, Head Strength & Conditioning coach of the Sacramento Kings. He currently works with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, and is the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach to the Sacramento State Baseball team.  Being a Certified Sports Nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition, Bryan has been able to create The Academy Training & Performance Center 90-Day Challenge.  A proven, results-based 12-week program which has enabled hundreds of individuals to transform their lives through exercise and nutrition.
