Private Group & PErsonal Training

Personal training is for those individuals who desire the greatest results in the shortest amount of time.  Unlike group training, personal training allows us to get very specific to what you’re individual goals are, mapping out a plan that is customized to YOU.

Group Classes

Group classes are designed for those individuals who like to workout in a group setting, and are most cost-effective than one-on-one personal training.  All classes are designed to be challenging whether you’re a beginner or experienced lifter.  We pride ourselves tremendously in overdelivering the instruction you receive during our group classes. 

Team Training

Team training is sports-specific training that is performed in a group setting.  The training is geared towards maximal power and speed development, with an emphasis on proper movement mechanics.

 

Gym Hours

Monday-Thursday   -   6:00 am-7:30 pm
Friday   -   6:00 am-7:00 pm
Saturday   -   7:00 am-1:00 pm
Sunday   -   Closed
